AGENTFORCE/EINSTEIN AI CONSULTANT - SALESFORCE

This is a remote position. As Salesforce continues to transform enterprise operations through AI, BFCG is seeking an Agentforce/Einstein AI Consultant to help clients deploy intelligent automation, AI-powered service agents, predictive analytics, and next-generation customer experiences. Key Responsibilities • Implement Salesforce Agentforce solutions • Design AI-powered customer service and sales workflows • Configure predictive analytics and recommendation engines • Develop intelligent automation strategies • Support conversational AI and virtual agent deployment • Advise clients on AI governance and adoption frameworks • Conduct workshops and AI capability assessments Requirements • 5–8+ years Salesforce consulting experience • Hands-on experience with Agentforce, or AI-powered CRM solutions • Understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation concepts • Experience designing intelligent workflow solutions • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills Originally posted on Himalayas
