AI Agent Developer

This is a remote position. Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. • Build conversational experiences that answer user questions, automate tasks, and execute business workflows. • Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party platforms. • Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources. • Create and manage Power Automate workflows and AI-driven business processes. • Configure agent topics, actions, plugins, connectors, and orchestration logic. • Implement governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices. • Monitor agent performance, usage metrics, and continuously improve response quality. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define AI use cases. • Support production deployment, troubleshooting, and operational excellence of AI solutions.
