Position: Bilingual Turkish Generalist Expert — AI Safety Type: Contract Compensation: $23–$27/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities • Write expert-level prompts in Turkish across a range of sensitive subject areas. • Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations. • Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments. • Evaluate and strengthen how AI models handle sensitive topics in Turkish . • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model safety . Qualifications Must-Have • Native or near-native fluency in Turkish . Business-level written English . • A Bachelor's degree , completed or in progress. • Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail. • Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information. Preferred • Based in Türkiye or the wider MENA region. • Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content. • Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
