Position: Bilingual Dutch (Netherlands) Generalist Expert — AI Safety Type: Contract Compensation: $48–$52/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities • Write expert-level prompts in Netherlands Dutch across a range of sensitive subject areas. • Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations. • Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments. • Evaluate and strengthen AI model handling of sensitive topics in Dutch as spoken in the Netherlands. • Work independently and asynchronously to ensure model safety and cultural accuracy. Qualifications Must-Have • Native or near-native fluency in Dutch as spoken in the Netherlands, plus business-level written English. • Currently based in the Netherlands. • Bachelor's degree , completed or in progress. • Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail. • Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information. Preferred • Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content. • Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
