Role Title: Bilingual Mental Health Expert Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is engaging bilingual mental health experts to contribute to a customer’s project focused on enhancing AI systems with nuanced expertise. In this role, you’ll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work • Analyze and evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, relevance, and ethical standards. • Develop and review data sets involving psychological case studies, assessments, and conversations for AI system training. • Craft detailed written feedback and verbal insights to refine AI responses in contexts such as clinical scenarios, research vignettes, and therapeutic dialogues. • Identify potential biases or inaccuracies within AI-generated outputs and propose evidence-based improvements. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate psychological concepts and frameworks into AI model training processes. • Ensure adherence to cultural, linguistic, and clinical best practices for diverse user scenarios. • Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing resources that guide ongoing AI development. Preferred Qualifications • Completed Ph.D in Psychology or MD with completed psychiatry residency. • Native proficiency in at least one of: French, Malay, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Urdu, Swahili, Bulgarian, Tagalog, Polish, Marathi, Lithuanian, Georgian, Bengali, Vietnamese, or Indonesian, plus advanced English communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex psychological concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats. • Experience in clinical practice, research, or higher education in psychology or psychiatry. • Strong analytical and evaluative skills to assess psychological data and narrative content. • Awareness of cultural sensitivity and ethical considerations in global mental health contexts. • Previous experience collaborating on interdisciplinary or technology-driven projects is a plus.
