We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) experience to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. This is a fully remote role in Mexico. Job Summary:As a Business Analyst with RPA experience, you will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and automating business processes to improve efficiency and drive operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement RPA technologies. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business analysis, process optimization, and hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation. • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to design effective RPA solutions. • Develop process workflows, functional specifications, and user stories to support RPA implementation. • Work with RPA developers to design, test, and deploy automation solutions. • Conduct process assessments to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of automated processes, ensuring they meet business objectives. • Provide training and support to end-users on RPA tools and processes. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in RPA technologies. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout the automation lifecycle. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on process automation and optimization. • Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar. • Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow design. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote work environment. Preferred Skills: • Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional). • Experience with process mining tools. • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in automation. • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
