Position: Chemicals Safety for Redteaming Type: Contract Compensation: $65–$75/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities • Write challenging single-turn prompts in chemistry , labeled as benign, dual-use, or adversarial. • Evaluate model responses against defined policy standards to ensure correct handling. • Write reference answers with technical reasoning for correct responses. • Judge the calibration of prompts, distinguishing between mechanism and procedure. • Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model performance . Qualifications Must-Have • Hands-on experience in synthesis , analytical chemistry , or chemical safety . • Strong technical writing skills with a clear rationale for judgments. Preferred • Experience in AI evaluation or red-teaming . • Backgrounds in Chemical Defense Research , Synthetic/Process Chemistry , Analytical Chemistry , Industrial Hygiene , or Forensic/Toxicological Chemistry .
