Role Title: Consultant - Executive Presentation Review & Reconstruction Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is engaging expert Consultants - Executive Presentation Review & Reconstruction to contribute to a high-impact customer project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work • Receive business slide images and reconstruct them in Microsoft PowerPoint with professional accuracy and refinement. • Enhance the clarity, visual structure, data visualization, and storytelling impact of executive-level presentations. • Draft a thorough reasoning log for each task, detailing every slide change made and every element intentionally left unchanged, including rationale for all decisions. • Apply best practices in executive communication — including message hierarchy, action titles, horizontal/vertical logic, and exhibit selection — to every assignment. • Edit and restructure written and visual slide content for coherence, impact, and alignment with consulting standards. • Ensure deliverables meet high standards of management consulting, with a focus on both outcome and methodological transparency. • Communicate findings and recommendations in clear, concise written and verbal formats. Preferred Qualifications • Minimum 2 years client-facing experience at a major management consulting firm. • Proven expertise in building, reviewing, and storylining executive presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, content editing, and slide reconstruction for C-level audiences. • Fluency in explaining and defending decisions on messaging hierarchy, action-oriented titles, and exhibit choices. • Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking in both design and written analysis. • Clear, structured written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate nuanced design and editing decisions. • Prior involvement in AI training, evaluation, or rubric development is a plus but not required.
