About the Client Our client runs a boutique social media organic content agency that manages the full short-form video production process — scripting, filming, and posting — for approximately 20 clients across industries like real estate, mortgage lending, law, and medical aesthetics. They specialize in evergreen, organic content (not trend-chasing) and work roughly a month ahead on their content calendar, giving them a structured, deadline-driven production rhythm. Why does this role exist? The founders currently handle every stage of the scripting process themselves — from researching what's working on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to writing and formatting full scripts for each client — and it has become the biggest bottleneck to growing the business. This role exists to take that research-to-script pipeline off their plate entirely, so they can focus on client growth and strategy instead of production. The right person will operate as a true scripting partner: someone who can independently spot what's performing, generate strong ideas, and execute polished, on-template scripts across multiple client accounts without needing to be walked through each one. The Impact you’ll make Content Research • Scrape and identify top-performing content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube within specific client niches (e.g., real estate, loan officers, law, medical aesthetics) • Track patterns in what's driving engagement across those niches • Use findings to inform idea generation and script direction Idea Generation • Generate content ideas tailored to each client's brand and audience • Base ideas on proven, high-performing content rather than trend-chasing • Bring proactive suggestions to the team without waiting to be prompted Script Writing Formatting • Write full short-form scripts (30–60 seconds) using the client's existing templates, including visual hooks, picture formatting, and inspiration links • Apply the established color-coding and formatting system consistently across every script • Deliver completed scripts at least 48 hours ahead of each film day AI-Assisted Workflow Tools • Use Claude and other existing frameworks to support and speed up the scripting process • Work fluidly across G Suite, MS 365, and native social platforms as part of daily production Client Process Support • Support client communications and keep clients updated throughout the content process • Help build out the scripting SOP as the role and process matures • Take on general administrative tasks and other delegated responsibilities as needed Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required: • Strong, demonstrable understanding of what performs well on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube across multiple content niches • Proven experience writing structured short-form video scripts (30–60 seconds) that include visual hooks and formatting systems • Hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI tools for content research and script generation • Ability to research and reverse-engineer top-performing content into original scripts Your superpowers are... • Technical: • Sharp eye for short-form content trends and what drives watch-through and engagement • Structured, template-driven script writing (hooks, pacing, formatting) • Comfortable working across G Suite, MS 365, and AI tools like Claude in a daily production workflow • Strong research skills — able to scan platforms and extract actionable patterns quickly • Soft Skills: • Meticulous attention to detail, especially around formatting and color-coding systems • Self-starter who generates ideas proactively rather than waiting for direction • Reliable under deadline pressure, especially the 48-hour delivery window • Clear, responsive communicator over WhatsApp, Slack, or iMessage • Comfortable adapting to evolving SOPs and frameworks as the process is built out WFH Set-Up: • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up. • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam • Back-up computer and internet connection • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home You should apply if... • You genuinely enjoy studying what makes content work — you're the type who can watch a handful of TikToks and immediately spot the pattern behind why they performed. • You take pride in clean, precise execution and don't need someone checking your formatting twice. • You're proactive by nature, comfortable bringing ideas to the table rather than waiting to be told what to do, and you thrive in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment where consistency matters as much as creativity. • You're also excited by the idea of using AI tools like Claude as part of your everyday workflow, not intimidated by it.
