Creative Developer — 3D Web & Interactive Animation

Stage Works Stage Works delivers comprehensive stage engineering, theatre design, and audiovisual solutions for performance spaces, managing projects from initial concept through turnkey execution with an in-house team of 201-500 professionals. Your responsibilities You will build and maintain 3D web and interactive animation projects for our architecture and planning operations on a fixed-term employment basis for 3 months, working 48 hours per week with a 1-month probation period. You will create premium 3D website experiences and interactive landing pages, develop 3D models, materials, and animations or adapt existing assets, and build scroll-triggered 3D rotations, transitions, and parallax effects. Your work also involves integrating interactive 3D visuals into Next.js websites and optimizing 3D experiences for mobile devices and fast loading. What the role requires This remote position based in Mumbai requires experience with 3D web development and interactive animation, alongside the following key skills: • Three.js / React Three Fiber • GSAP / ScrollTrigger • Blender for 3D modeling and animation • React / Next.js • WebGL, performance optimization, and responsive design Your first months at Stage Works You will have shipped interactive animations and 3D web interfaces for performance spaces, integrating custom fabrication and stage engineering concepts into digital formats.
