CRM/CPQ

This is a remote position. CRM/CPQ Experience: 5 to 7years​ Role Summary The consultant will bring expertise in Oracle Fusion Sales and Oracle CPQ , supporting the migration of business processes, data, and integrations from Salesforce to Oracle. This role also requires familiarity with adjacent Oracle modules (Order Management, SCM, Subscription Management, Installed Base) to ensure end-to-end process alignment, along with technical exposure to SQL/PL-SQL and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to support data validation, reporting, and integration troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities • Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design for Oracle Fusion Sales and CPQ modules. • Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Sales (lead-to-opportunity management, sales forecasting, territory management, sales dashboards) and Oracle CPQ (product configuration, pricing rules, quote/proposal generation, approval workflows). • Support the SFDC-to-Oracle migration by mapping existing Salesforce processes, objects, and data structures to equivalent Oracle Fusion capabilities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Sales/CPQ and downstream modules such as Order Management, SCM, Subscription Management, and Installed Base. • Participate in data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation using SQL/PL-SQL. • Work with integration teams to design, test, and troubleshoot integrations built on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). • Conduct workshops, functional design sessions, and user training as needed. • Support testing phases (unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing) and defect resolution. • Document configurations, process flows, and technical specifications. • Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to internal teams. Required Skills & Experience • Proven hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Sales (Sales Cloud) . • Proven hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle CPQ . • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash and lead-to-opportunity business processes. • Experience with data migration and cutover activities from Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM platforms to Oracle. • Ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations and technical specifications. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams. Nice-to-Have Skills • Functional knowledge of Oracle Order Management . • Functional knowledge of Oracle SCM (Supply Chain Management) . • Functional knowledge of Oracle Subscription Management . • Functional knowledge of Oracle Installed Base . • Technical proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis, validation, and reporting. • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for building or troubleshooting integrations. • Prior experience on an SFDC-to-Oracle CRM migration project.
