Position Overview We are currently hiring French-speaking Customer Care Representatives to support a E-commerce retail in France. In this role, you will handle email customer support for French-speaking customers, assisting with inquiries related to their orders, deliveries, returns, product advice, warranty and subscription requests. You will provide clear, professional, and customer-focused support while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
