Position: Bilingual Danish STEM Expert (PhD) — AI Safety Type: Contract Compensation: $61–$65/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities • Write expert-level prompts in Danish across specialized scientific topics. • Evaluate and annotate model responses for scientific accuracy , helpfulness, and appropriate handling of sensitive content. • Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations. • Ensure AI model safety by leveraging your scientific expertise in Danish technical topics. • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance . Qualifications Must-Have • PhD in chemistry , biology , or a closely related field. • Native or near-native fluency in Danish and business-level written English . • Deep familiarity with modern laboratory and computational techniques . • Sound judgment around scientific safety and responsible handling of dual-use information. Preferred • Based in Denmark or the wider Western Europe region. • Expertise in radiochemistry , nuclear chemistry , energetic materials, or radiation physics. • Depth in a specific subfield like organic or inorganic synthesis , molecular biology , microbiology , virology , or genetics . • Experience with chemical safety and security , biosafety and biosecurity , or hazardous-materials handling. • Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming technical content.
