Delivery Manager | Remote LATAM Only

We are looking for a Delivery Manager with more than 8 years of experience ensuring efficient, high-quality delivery of technology projects. Applications outside this region will not be consider Key Responsibilities • Guarantee on-time, efficient delivery of products and services that exceed client expectations. • Lead and coordinate delivery teams across multiple projects. • Manage scope, resources, and risks to ensure smooth execution. • Act as the main client contact, building trust and long-term partnerships. • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement in delivery processes. • Drive growth opportunities by identifying ways to expand and strengthen services. • Ensure projects involvingAI, data, and automationare delivered with innovation and excellence. Requirements • 8+ years of experiencein Delivery or Project Management roles. • Strong background inAgile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). • Proven experience managing complex projects with distributed teams. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources in high-demand environments. • Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data, or Automation projects. • English C1 (Advanced)– mandatory. • Background in technology consulting, software development, or digital transformation is a strong plus.
