***PLEASE NOTE CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDIA BUSINESS HOURS, MUST RESIDE IN INDIA Job Summary: The Denodo Admin with Linux skills will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Denodo Platform on Linux servers. This role requires a deep understanding of data virtualization, data integration, and database management, as well as proficiency in Linux operating systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing Denodo environments and ensuring optimal performance and security. Key Responsibilities: • Install, configure, and maintain Denodo Platform on Linux servers. • Manage and monitor Denodo environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security. • Develop and implement data integration solutions using Denodo. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Denodo Platform and Linux systems. • Collaborate with data architects, developers, and business analysts to design and optimize data integration workflows. • Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups. • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures. • Provide support and training to users and stakeholders on Denodo Platform usage. • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Min 3-5 years of experience in administering Denodo Platform. • Proficiency in Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu). • Strong understanding of data virtualization, data integration, and ETL processes. • Experience with SQL and database management (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL). • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks. • Familiarity with network protocols and security principles. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Denodo certification. • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). • Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Experience with other data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend).
