Digital Health Services Coordinator

This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced Digital Health Services Coordinator to support digital health initiatives and health system partners across Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will provide project and service coordination, stakeholder engagement, change management, implementation monitoring, and operational support for digital health services. Requirements • Coordinate digital health services and initiatives across multiple stakeholders and health system partners. • Support service management activities, including operational coordination following implementation. • Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, service quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Coordinate enhancements to existing projects supporting long-term digital transformation. • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, consensus building, and cross-functional coordination. • Support project management, implementation monitoring, reporting, issue resolution, and delivery tracking. • Track benefits realization and ensure initiatives remain aligned with organizational and provincial objectives. • Act as a centralized coordination resource across multiple digital health projects. • Work effectively between business/stakeholder teams and technical/IT teams. • Provide administrative support when required.
