Entrepreneurial CEO / Partnership Investor (management buy-in)

As CEO and Co-Founder , you will lead GovConnect’s strategy, operations, market positioning, and growth , transforming a strong product foundation into a scalable and widely adopted GovTech solution . You will work closely with the founding team and the broader LetShare Group to align product direction, commercial strategy, and organizational growth , while maintaining GovConnect’s clear and dedicated focus on public-sector needs, procurement realities, and institutional adoption . Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership • Define and own GovConnect’s vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy • Position GovConnect as a trusted solution within the government and public-sector ecosystem Business Development & Go-to-Market • Lead public-sector sales strategy, pilot programs, and institutional partnerships • Navigate procurement processes, stakeholder alignment, and long sales cycles • Build strategic relationships with government entities, agencies, and municipalities Product & Platform Direction • Work closely with product and technology teams to ensure the platform evolves in line with real institutional needs • Balance innovation with reliability, security, and enterprise-grade delivery Operations & Financial Oversight • Oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, and performance tracking • Ensure sustainable financial planning and scalable operating models Team & Representation • Build and lead the leadership team as the company grows • Represent GovConnect and the LetShare Group with partners, institutions, and investors You are a founder-level leader with experience building or scaling B2B, GovTech, or enterprise SaaS companies . You are comfortable operating in complex, regulated environments and working closely with institutional stakeholders.
