About BlaBlaCar BlaBlaCar is the world鈥檚 leading community-based travel app enabling 27 million members a year to carpool or travel by bus in 21 countries. Our team of 800 employees counts over 50 nationalities and is spread across our 5 global offices, 30% working fully remotely. We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience for an immediate, 3-month contract to reinforce our People team through a critical phase of the annual compensation calendar. This is a fully hands-on mission with real ownership from day one: you'll need to be operational within days, not weeks, picking up live, time-sensitive workstreams already in motion. You will report directly to the Head of Talent, Culture & Performance and partner closely with HRBPs and local HR teams to keep BlaBlaCar's core compensation processes running without disruption.
