In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work • Evaluate and review a range of Canadian personal finance data for relevance, accuracy, and clarity. • Assess financial documents and user-generated content related to tax filing, budgeting, and everyday financial decisions. • Apply a detailed rubric to annotate, categorize, or score financial data and scenarios. • Leverage Google Workspace tools to collaborate, document insights, and organize project deliverables. • Identify best practices and common pitfalls in Canadian personal finance, providing actionable feedback to enhance AI training datasets. • Summarize and contextualize complex financial concepts in concise, accessible language for AI learning modules. • Contribute to continuous improvement of project guidelines by sharing expert observations and recommendations. Preferred Qualifications • Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian personal finance topics, including tax filing, budgeting, and credit management. • Demonstrated experience in reviewing, analyzing, or teaching financial content for a Canadian audience. • Strong attention to detail when evaluating data and applying evaluation rubrics. • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) for collaboration and documentation. • Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable guidance. • Familiarity with data privacy and ethical considerations in handling sensitive financial information. • Previous experience participating in digital projects or remote professional assignments is an asset.
