Your Mission • Performance Marketing Creatives: Design high-converting static and motion graphics for Meta, Google Display, and Pinterest ad campaigns. • Photo Processing & Editing: Retouch, color-grade, and process product photography in accordance with Gusti guidelines and Corporate Identity (CI). • AI Tool Integration: Utilize modern generative AI tools (such as Runway, Photoshop Generative Fill, and Midjourney) to streamline asset creation, background edits, and short motion clips. • Multi-Format Adaptation: Resize, reframe, and optimize visual concepts across all digital touchpoints (1:1, 9:16, 2:3, and horizontal banners). • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our international performance marketing team to turn performance data into creative design iterations. • Process Optimization: Follow workflow plans, meet project deadlines, and proactively report changes, technical bottlenecks, or process improvements. What You Should Bring With You • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Photo Editor (e-commerce or D2C retail experience preferred). • Software Stack: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator) and digital layout tools (Figma). • AI Tools: Hands-on experience or a strong interest in working with AI tools like Runway and Photoshop Generative Fill. • Performance Focus: Proven ability to create engaging, platform-specific ad assets for social and search platforms. • Communication: Strong spoken and written English skills for daily remote collaboration with an international team. • Mindset: Open-minded, receptive to feedback, adaptable to shifting project directions, and reliable in meeting deadlines independently. Requirements • Experience & Tools: 1–2+ years as a Graphic Designer/Photo Editor using Photoshop, Lightroom, and Figma, with hands-on experience or interest in AI tools (Runway, Generative Fill). • Ad & Photo Creation: Proven ability to create platform-specific ads (Meta, Google, Pinterest) and retouch high volumes of product photography for vintage/leather aesthetics. • Communication: Strong written and spoken English for daily remote collaboration with an international team. • Process & Output: Detail-oriented in following brand/CI guidelines and comfortable working under an efficient hourly-pay • Agility & Proactivity: Adaptable to fast-shifting priorities, open to performance-based design feedback, and reliable in meeting tight deadlines.
