Across Latin America, talented professionals seek stable, innovative projects with industry-leading companies. At AgilityFeat , we’ve spent over a decade solving this puzzle. We’ve helped countless North American companies scale their teams while opening doors for Latin American professionals to access career-defining opportunities. We are currently building a nearshore implementation team for a US fintech client specializing in the private funds industry. The team will work in close partnership with the company's U.S.-based Implementation team. Superior English and communication skills are required. Our Ideal Candidate You have a solid accounting or finance operations background and a genuine comfort working inside complex data and spreadsheets. You're detail-oriented by nature, not just by requirement, and you're energized by learning a new system inside and out. You're early in your career, but you already know what it takes to do careful, accurate work, and you're looking for a role where that foundation translates into hands-on technical execution. Key Responsibilities • Configure and Test: Own either a defined piece of a larger financial implementation involving multiple entities, structures, or workflows (e.g., configuration or testing for one client entity within a multi-entity rollout), or a full, single-entity implementation end-to-end, with regular guidance from a Senior Associate or Lead. • Build Platform Fluency: Develop hands-on expertise in the platform's financial structures, calculations, and implementation workflows, from the ground up. • Support Delivery: Work closely with the U.S.-based Implementation team to execute against established client implementation plans. • Surface Issues: Identify and flag edge cases or issues encountered during testing, and pressure-test evolving implementation processes as the team scales. Technical Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations. • Comfort working with large, complex data sets and the attention to detail that requires. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, a related field, or equivalent experience. • Fluent written and spoken English (B2+), with strong communication skills for daily coordination with a U.S.-based team. Preferred Skills • Exposure to software implementation, configuration, or system rollouts in a professional setting, ideally with SaaS or cloud-based platforms. • Hands-on experience using AI tools to support automations (e.g., automating repetitive workflows, data processing, or testing). • Comfort operating in a dynamic environment where processes are still being defined. Nice to Have • Experience in the private funds industry as a fund accountant, private funds operations professional, or implementation specialist at a fund administrator, fund manager, or fund management software provider. • Working understanding of private fund structures and calculations (e.g., capital calls, distributions, NAV).
