Position: Legal Expert — Restructuring (Project Donna) Type: Contract Compensation: $100–$120/hour Location: Remote Commitment: ~18 hours Role Responsibilities • Evaluate AI-generated legal content in restructuring and insolvency to enhance accuracy and depth. • Review six blinded AI deliverables for alignment with legal principles and methodologies. • Conduct five head-to-head comparisons against a common comparator output. • Provide clear, structured feedback with a short, specific rationale for each preference. • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance . Qualifications Must-Have • Qualified lawyer with substantive practice experience in restructuring and insolvency . • Ability to judge work product holistically for correctness, completeness, judgment, and usefulness. • Precise written English skills. • Ability to work independently to written instructions and a deadline.
