Internal Recruiter (Tech & High-Volume Staffing) Remote | PST/EST Hours | Full-Time | Tech-Focused Recruitment We’re hiring an experienced Internal Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring efforts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. If you have a background in staffing agencies, experience working with tech clients, and can confidently conduct technical interviews, this role offers the chance to make a real impact. You’ll manage multiple roles at once, work closely with internal stakeholders and clients, and help refine our recruiting processes as we scale. What You’ll Do • Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation • Manage multiple requisitions at once across technical and non-technical roles • Conduct technical interviews to evaluate candidate skills and fit • Partner with hiring managers and tech clients to align on requirements and expectations • Provide excellent candidate engagement from first contact to onboarding • Keep clean records using an ATS and other recruitment platforms • Identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiency and quality What You Bring • 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on staffing and volume hiring • Hands-on experience with technical recruiting and interviewing • Track record of success working with tech clients and complex role requirements • Strong communication skills and a candidate-first mindset • Tech-savvy and familiar with ATS tools and sourcing platforms • Must be able to work PST or EST hours at least part of the week Preferred Attributes • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized • Able to work independently and collaborate across distributed teams • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment Why Join Us • Help build the teams powering today’s most innovative companies • Join a mission-driven organization with room to grow • Work remotely while making a tangible impact on hiring outcomes We connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.
