Depending on the opportunity, your vertical focus may include accounting, analysis, financial operations, reporting, or compliance, while your horizontal strengths may include systems thinking, communication, collaboration, and operational problem-solving. To excel in accounting and finance opportunities at Oceans , you should have: • Experience : 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, financial operations, or related functions. • Communication Skills : Professional fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Financial & Analytical Skills : Strong numerical reasoning, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. • Technical Fluency : Familiarity with spreadsheets, finance systems, accounting tools, or reporting platforms relevant to your field. • Collaboration & Ownership : Ability to manage priorities, work cross-functionally, and operate effectively in remote environments. • Mindset : Proactive, organized, solutions-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and growth. Role Specifications This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 3.5 weeks with us.
