Lead Android Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Android Developer to join our team on a contract basis. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all stages of the Android application development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment. This role involves strategic decision-making, team leadership, and hands-on development. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the design, architecture, and development of Android applications. • Collaborate with stakeholders to align development with business goals. • Mentor and lead a team of Android developers, providing technical guidance and support. • Optimize application performance and ensure a high standard of code quality. • Participate in client discussions and provide technical expertise to aid in decision-making. • possibility of working from 15:00 to 19:00 • excellent communication skills • work for foreign clients in English Requirements • 8+ years of experience in Android development, with proven leadership experience. • Expert proficiency in Kotlin, Java, and Android SDK. • Strong background in architectural patterns, dependency injection, and unit testing. • Experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks. • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
