Licensed Christian Therapist (1099 – Remote)

This is a remote position. Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Christian Therapist to provide Christ-integrated counseling services to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. This role is ideal for clinicians who value clinical excellence, ethical practice, and integrating Christian faith with evidence-based therapy—without administrative burden. Therapists manage their own schedules while the organization provides client intake, scheduling, billing, and platform support. Key Responsibilities • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions via secure video • Integrate Christian worldview and faith-sensitive practices where clinically appropriate • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation • Adhere to all state licensure requirements and ethical standards • Communicate professionally with administrative staff as needed • Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Requirements Required Qualifications • Active clinical license in good standing (one or more): • LPC / LPCC • LMFT • LCSW • Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) • Licensed in at least one U.S. state • Ability to practice independently under state law • Commitment to Christian faith and values • Experience providing therapy to adults, couples, or families • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and remote work Preferred Qualifications • Experience integrating faith into therapy • Experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, marriage counseling, or life transitions • Multi state licensures • Prior telehealth experience Benefits Compensation & Benefits • Independent Contractor (1099) • Session Rate: $70–$80 per 45-minute session • Flexible Schedule: Set your own availability and caseload • Full-Time Caseload Definition: 5–6 client sessions per day, 5 days per week • Estimated Annual Earnings (Full-Time Caseload): • ​ Compensation & Benefits • Independent Contractor (1099) • Session Rate: $70–$80 per 45-minute session • Flexible Schedule: Set your own availability and caseload • Full-Time Caseload Definition: 5–6 client sessions per day, 5 days per week • Estimated Annual Earnings (Full-Time Caseload): • 5 sessions/day: approximately $91,000–$104,000 per year • 6 sessions/day: approximately $109,000–$125,000 per year • Remote Practice: Work from anywhere you are licensed • Administrative Support: Intake, scheduling, billing, and platform support provided • Mission-Driven Work: Faith-integrated, client-centered clinical care • Remote Practice: Work from anywhere you are licensed • Administrative Support: Intake, scheduling, billing, and platform support provided • Mission-Driven Work: Faith-integrated, client-centered clinical care Originally posted on Himalayas
