Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate the movement of shipments across international and domestic routes. • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding shipment updates, delays, and documentation. • Collaborate with carriers and customs brokers to ensure smooth delivery. • Troubleshoot logistics issues and maintain proactive communication. • Maintain records and ensure operational compliance. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customer service in the supply chain field. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with logistics platforms or tools. • English proficiency (intermediate or above). • Based in LATAM or Mexico.
