Manager SAP EAM/PM (US Based)

This is a remote position. • Spearhead SAP EAM/PM client projects by creating and deploying SAP solutions. • Collect and convert business needs into system blueprints and technical outlines. • Build solid client partnerships, advising teams on crafting business needs and functional blueprints. • Advance business growth by nurturing ties with major decision-makers and aiding in sales and proposal activities. • Encourage knowledge exchange and creativity by joining discussions and building resources to improve project execution and operational performance. • Coach and direct junior staff, promoting their development and aiding in effective project results. • ​Interact with SAP's newest offerings, engaging in ongoing education to facilitate significant business changes. Requirements • 8+ years of pertinent SAP consulting background in a professional services setting, at a major consulting firm, niche consulting firm, or as an in-house consultant in industry • 5+ years of functional setup experience with the SAP EAM/PM module • 3+ years of SAP EAM/PM business process blueprinting experience • 2+ years of hands-on setup or solution blueprinting experience with at least one of the following SAP modules: MM, QM, PP, or CO/internal orders • Involvement in every stage of at least 4 complete end-to-end SAP deployments, emphasizing SAP EAM/PM, covering needs collection, blueprinting, setup, validation, and roll-out. • 4+ years in a technical or functional leadership position, managing teams on at least 2 SAP EAM/PM end-to-end full-cycle deployments • Involvement in at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA deployments • Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on the nature of your work and the clients and sectors you support • Professional background in SAP ECC to S/4 HANA transitions • Familiarity with Signavio • At least 1 active SAP certification Benefits • Become part of VMG LABS - Great Company Culture • Market related hourly rate • Access to eLearning Resource if committed long-term to VMG • Additional Incentive benefits to discuss during interview PLEASE NOTE: United States citizens only.
