Scope of Work • Receive images of business slides related to marketing, sales, and communications materials and reconstruct them in Microsoft PowerPoint. • Elevate slides by enhancing visual design, data visualization, and storytelling while preserving factual accuracy and domain-specific definitions. • Write a detailed log for each slide, clearly explaining both improvements made and intentional choices to preserve elements, defending strong original decisions as needed. • Work with various presentation types, including campaign performance reviews, brand strategies, sales pitch decks, and executive board or investor communications. • Apply critical thinking, content editing, and written communication skills to clarify messaging, structure, and evidence-supported points. • Ensure that revised slides reflect best practices in marketing, sales enablement, and corporate communications without diluting core industry caveats or context. Preferred Qualifications • 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, brand, sales enablement, corporate communications, or relevant agency environments. • Demonstrated expertise in building executive-level presentations for senior leaders or client stakeholders. • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, including layout, visual hierarchy, and data visualization best practices. • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail; able to articulate the rationale for both improvements and preserved elements. • Exceptional written communication skills, with the capacity to explain messaging hierarchy and exhibit choices in a clear, concise manner. • Direct industry or practitioner experience valued more than a consulting-firm background; both industry contributors and consultants are welcomed. • Prior experience with AI training, evaluation, or rubric development is a plus, though not required.
