Position: Medical and Health Services Managers Type: Contract Compensation: $70–$110/hour Location: Remote Duration: 4–6 weeks Commitment: 20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities • Evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations plans , staff assignments, and compliance reviews for quality and accuracy. • Compare AI-generated responses based on operational soundness, regulatory compliance, and clinical-service feasibility. • Review healthcare management scenarios involving budgeting, personnel administration, and records management. Provide expert feedback. • Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance. • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance . Qualifications Must-Have • 4+ years of experience in healthcare management roles such as Medical and Health Services Manager or Clinical Director. • Experience directing or coordinating medical and health services in hospitals, clinics, or similar settings. • Ability to commit 20+ hours per week . • Strong written English communication skills. Start Date • Immediate Compensation & Legal • Task-based payment upon first task approval. Subsequent tasks paid hourly.
