Our weight management programmes are designed to be simple, discreet, and grounded in real clinical care – meeting people where they’re at, and supporting sustainable, long-term outcomes. What’s on offer As a New Zealand-registered PGY4+ doctor, you’ll support patients on their weight management journey through our telehealth platform. You’ll be working within structured clinical pathways, supported by a broader care team – allowing you to focus on safe, effective patient care without the usual administrative burden. This role is ideal for doctors who: • Are looking for flexible, remote work that fits around other commitments • Enjoy a patient-centred approach, with a strong focus on safety and clinical outcomes • Want to work alongside an independent medical advisory team • Are comfortable using digital tools and telehealth models of care • Value strong clinical governance and operational support How you’ll work • Conduct asynchronous and/or telehealth consultations to assess and support patients • Prescribe and manage treatment plans in line with clinical protocols and best practice • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed • Collaborate with our broader clinical and support teams to ensure continuity of care • Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and governance Availability This role is focused on weekend coverage, with an expectation of: • 8–10 hours per week, across Saturday and Sunday • Flexibility in how those hours are split across both days Role requirements • General Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) • PGY4+ experience • Background in general practice or community health • Current APC and professional indemnity insurance • Must be based in New Zealand • Weekend availability Better, together We’re committed to building a supportive, collaborative clinical environment — one that prioritises patient safety, continuous improvement, and high-quality care.
