Role Title: Operations & Service Delivery Expert — PowerPoint Review & Reconstruction Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is engaging Operations & Service Delivery Experts to review, reconstruct, and enhance business slides for a customer’s project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work • Receive images of business slides focused on operations and service delivery topics such as process improvement, logistics reviews, service-level reviews, and capacity planning. • Rebuild each slide in Microsoft PowerPoint, ensuring accuracy and clarity while honoring industry terminology and definitions. • Transform presentations by improving data visualization, message hierarchy, and overall narrative flow using best practices in visual storytelling. • Document changes made to each slide, including both improvements and preservation of existing elements, with a written rationale for each choice. • Provide clear written logs explaining enhancements and deliberate rejections, emphasizing the importance of defending sound existing choices. • Edit content for precision, factual accuracy, and effective communication to executive and client-facing audiences. • Contribute flexible, project-based deliverables with an expected assignment duration of 1–2 hours per slide; volume may vary based on project needs. Preferred Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, service delivery, or process improvement in industry or consultancy environments. • Demonstrated ability to design and enhance executive-level presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint for senior or client audiences. • Skilled in data visualization, content editing, and visual storytelling relevant to operational subject matter. • Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain and justify design, content, and analytical decisions. • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a commitment to factual accuracy and domain integrity. • Familiarity with concepts such as message hierarchy, evidence-supported slide titles, and choosing the right exhibit for the message. • Experience in AI model training, evaluation, or rubric development is a plus, but not required.
