Managing Capabilities: • Manage and work with data findings of data specialist • Hold data specialists, dev, and support specialists accountable • Report to the team lead with questions, observations, and process improvement ideas 2. Optimizing skills: • Prepare, run and evaluate A/B tests for clients • Conceptualize, create, prioritize, and design a hypothesis • Prepare templates/ tests for developers for seamless coding schedules 3. Data findings & testing schedule • Use data findings to put the hypothesis into context and create a testing tactic for the client • Oversee seamless data collection for clients and manage the client's testing schedule. Requirements Come as you are - the role's requirements: • Independent and organised working style • Analytical thinking and creativity • Strong communication skills / customer service • Basic understanding of e-commerce • Fluent communication skills in English • Neuromarketing and sales psychology • Understanding of A/B testing statistics.
