In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Contributors will investigate the laws of matter and energy, develop and elucidate physical theories, and play a pivotal role in teaching, evaluating, and articulating complex scientific concepts. Scope of Work • Conduct deep-dive research on fundamental and applied physics topics, exploring the latest developments in the field. • Analyze experimental data and interpret findings to support the formulation of robust physical theories. • Develop clear, detailed explanations of complex scientific concepts for AI system evaluation and instruction purposes. • Assist in the creation and curation of physics-related educational content for AI training modules. • Critically review and assess AI-generated content for conceptual accuracy, clarity, and scientific rigor. • Collaborate remotely with project stakeholders to refine deliverables and ensure alignment with project objectives. • Provide written and verbal feedback on research outcomes and physics-related queries as part of an iterative AI training process. Preferred Qualifications • Doctorate (PhD) in Physics or a closely related scientific discipline. • Demonstrated experience in conducting rigorous scientific research and publishing in peer-reviewed journals. • Strong foundation in theoretical and experimental physics, with the ability to synthesize and communicate complex ideas. • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. • Proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with a passion for science education and outreach. • Experience in developing or delivering physics instruction at the university or advanced undergraduate level is a plus. • Comfort engaging in collaborative, remote research and contributing to multidisciplinary projects.
