Key Responsibilities: • Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives • Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls • Conducting research, preparing reports, and managing expenses • Making travel arrangements and coordinating itineraries • Providing administrative support and assisting with personal tasks Qualifications: • 2 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking • Excellent written and verbal communication skills WFH Set-up Requirements: • A computer equipped with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or running macOS Ventura or later. • A wired internet connection with at least 50 Mbps speed, along with a backup internet option. • A functional noise-canceling headset. • A high-quality camera for virtual calls.
