Experience: • Overall: 8+ years in Production/Application Support or IT Operations. • US Experience: 3+ years preferred. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ideal Candidate: Senior Production Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in IBM DataPower, IIB, MOVEit, SQL, Splunk, Linux, and incident/RCA management .
