Program Test Manager - Duck Creek (General Insurance)

A ustralia-wide | Remote Tarkine Consulting is working with a general insurer that's mid-way through migrating its personal lines (motor and home) book onto Duck Creek, alongside a significant ownership change with a major insurance partner. We're looking to engage a Program Test Manager to lead test strategy and delivery across the program. The role You'll own program-level test strategy and governance across the Duck Creek platform – Policy, Rating, Billing, Claims and Clarity – while also picking up a genuine data migration and financial reconciliation stream created by the parallel ownership change. You'll be coordinating multiple delivery partners and senior stakeholders across more than one organisation, reporting into a program office spanning both sides of the relationship. Responsibilities typically include: • Owning program-level test strategy, governance and planning across the Duck Creek platform (Policy, Rating, Billing, Claims, Clarity) • Leading test delivery across a genuine data migration and financial reconciliation stream • Coordinating multiple delivery partners, vendors and internal teams across more than one organisation • Reporting test status, risk and readiness at program and steering-committee level • Driving defect management, release readiness and go-live assurance • Building and leading a test function across a multi-vendor delivery model What we're looking for • Proven Program Test Manager experience on large-scale, multi-vendor delivery programs • Direct experience with Duck Creek in a general insurance environment • Experience testing platform migrations, technology carve-outs, or large-scale system separations • Comfort operating across executive and steering-committee stakeholders • Strong general insurance domain knowledge (policy, billing, claims) Engagement • 18 month+ contract • Genuinely open to remote work, wherever you're based in Australia • Well-established program with a clear delivery roadmap • Market-competitive day rate If you're a Program Test Manager with genuine Duck Creek delivery experience, and you're comfortable operating at the intersection of a platform build and a major ownership change, we'd like to hear from you.
