Project Manager / PMO – ERP Transformation Program (Oracle Fusion Cloud)
Project Manager / PMO – ERP Transformation Program (Oracle Fusion Cloud) Reporting directly to the IT Program Director, this role serves as operational support for leadership. The individual will be responsible for maintaining a cohesive, cross-functional overview of the ERP/EPM transformation program (SAP ECC / BFC / Anaplan to Oracle Fusion Cloud), including work progress, capacity, key metrics, and defects. The role involves aggregating, verifying, and translating data provided by Scrum Masters and Stream Leads into decision-making materials for governance bodies. Scope of Duties: • Ongoing progress tracking: Consolidating statuses across various streams (milestones, deliverables, dependencies), maintaining the program schedule and resource workload plan, and flagging variances. • Capacity planning: Building and maintaining the capacity plan: forecasted workload per stream, availability of IT teams, business units, and the integrator, as well as anticipating peak operational periods (testing, cutover). Monitoring actual utilization against the plan. • KPIs and reporting: Defining and evolving executive metrics, preparing dashboards, and creating materials for status committees and governance boards. • Defect management: Maintaining a consolidated view of defects in JIRA: triage, prioritization, assignment to streams, and monitoring metrics (volume, severity, age of tickets) along with phase exit criteria. • Risks and alerts: Maintaining the program risk register, formalizing action plans, and monitoring their execution. Requirements: • Proven experience in the operational delivery of IT programs or in a PMO role, preferably within the ERP domain (Oracle Fusion Cloud is a strong plus). • Strong understanding of ERP testing cycles (SIT, UAT, cutover testing) and experience in coordinating testing campaigns across multi-team environments: consolidating progress, monitoring execution and efficacy metrics, and tracking phase exit criteria. • Hands-on experience in building and managing capacity/workload plans. • Proven ability to define KPIs, build reports, and prepare presentation decks for governance meetings. • Advanced proficiency in JIRA and Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable. • Strong risk management capabilities, excellent analytical and synthesis skills, and high autonomy.
