Senior Consultant – Quality of Earnings / Financial Due Diligence We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant – Quality of Earnings / Financial Due Diligence professional with 15+ years of accounting, transaction advisory, and financial due diligence experience . This individual must have extensive hands-on experience executing QoE engagements and be able to immediately contribute with minimal oversight. Big Four experience pref. Key Responsibilities • Lead and execute Quality of Earnings and Financial Due Diligence engagements for private equity and middle-market transactions. • Perform detailed analysis of historical financial performance, EBITDA, working capital, cash flow, and operating trends. • Identify and quantify EBITDA adjustments, normalization items, and non-recurring expenses . • Analyze revenue, margins, customer concentration, profitability, and key business drivers. • Evaluate net working capital, debt-like items, and transaction-related considerations . • Build and review sophisticated financial models and analyze large data sets. • Prepare clear and concise QoE/FDD reports and transaction findings for private equity sponsors, lenders, and management teams. • Work directly with clients, senior executives, investment professionals, and other transaction advisors. • Manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality analysis under tight transaction timelines. Qualifications • 15+ years of relevant accounting, transaction advisory, and/or financial due diligence experience. • Significant, demonstrable experience completing Quality of Earnings engagements . • Deep understanding of GAAP, financial statements, EBITDA, working capital, cash flow, and transaction mechanics. • Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities. • Strong executive-level communication and client-facing skills. • Big Four, national accounting firm, or established transaction advisory/FDD experience strongly preferred. • CPA or other relevant accounting/finance credential preferred. Ideal Profile: A seasoned, hands-on QoE professional who has completed numerous buy-side and sell-side engagements and can immediately step into an active transaction, identify key financial issues, and drive the diligence process through completion.
