Scope of Work • Leverage advanced sourcing strategies to identify qualified professionals across diverse platforms and talent pools. • Screen and evaluate resumes to assess alignment with project-specific requirements. • Facilitate structured interview processes and deliver actionable insights to improve selection outcomes. • Research and analyze job markets to inform project decisions and optimize resource allocation. • Utilize persuasive communication and consultative selling skills to engage with prospective contributors. • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scopes and candidate profiles based on market trends. • Document and communicate findings clearly through written reports and verbal presentations.
