Recruiter – U.S. Staffing Vacancy: 2 Work Arrangement: Offshore / Remote Working Hours: U.S. Eastern Time (ET) Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to support its U.S. staffing operations. The selected candidate will manage multiple technical and non-technical job requirements, source qualified candidates, conduct initial screenings, negotiate employment terms, and coordinate candidate submissions. The ideal candidate must have strong experience recruiting candidates for U.S.-based positions, including roles that require active federal security clearances such as Top Secret, TS/SCI, and CI Polygraph . This position requires excellent English communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-powered recruitment tools. Key Responsibilities • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from receiving job requirements through candidate sourcing, screening, negotiation, submission, and follow-up. • Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels. • Recruit candidates for technical, professional, government, and federal contracting positions. • Identify and engage candidates with active security clearances, including Top Secret, TS/SCI, and CI Polygraph. • Review resumes and assess candidates based on required skills, experience, education, location, work authorization, security clearance, and compensation expectations. • Conduct initial telephone or video screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, availability, and interest. • Explain job requirements, work arrangements, compensation structures, and submission procedures clearly to candidates. • Negotiate pay rates and employment terms while maintaining alignment with company and client requirements. • Obtain required candidate information, documents, acknowledgements, and submission authorization. • Prepare accurate and complete candidate submission packages. • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process. • Coordinate interviews, provide interview preparation, and follow up with candidates after interviews. • Manage multiple open positions and candidate submissions simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. • Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate notes, communication histories, and status updates. • Use AI tools effectively for candidate research, sourcing strategies, resume analysis, job description development, outreach preparation, and recruitment process improvement. • Collaborate with internal recruitment, account management, and business development teams. Requirements Required Qualifications • Minimum of 10 years of professional recruiting experience , preferably supporting U.S. staffing or government contracting requirements. • Demonstrated experience managing the complete recruitment process. • Proven ability to source, engage, screen, and close qualified candidates. • Experience recruiting candidates for positions requiring active federal security clearances. • Strong understanding of security clearance categories, including: • Top Secret • TS/SCI • CI Polygraph • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing and outreach. • Strong knowledge of Boolean searches, keyword searches, filters, and advanced sourcing techniques. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Strong candidate negotiation and relationship-management skills. • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy. • Ability to handle pressure, competing priorities, multiple job openings, and high-volume candidate submissions. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment during U.S. Eastern Time business hours. • Proficiency in using AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate sourcing. • Strong computer skills and familiarity with applicant tracking systems, email, spreadsheets, video conferencing, and online recruitment platforms. Preferred Qualifications • Experience recruiting for U.S. federal, state, or local government contracts. • Experience recruiting cleared professionals in information technology, cybersecurity, engineering, intelligence, or related fields. • Familiarity with W2, 1099, and C2C employment arrangements. • Experience working with applicant tracking systems or vendor management systems. • Understanding of U.S. work authorization categories and employment eligibility requirements. • Experience managing candidates from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding.
