Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator (Sourcing-Focused) Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview We are hiring a Junior Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume hiring through intensive sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment administration. This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and has prior sourcing experience supporting multiple open roles at once. Key Responsibilities • Source and engage large volumes of candidates for active hiring needs • Screen resumes and conduct initial qualification checks • Manage candidate scheduling and interview coordination at scale • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS • Send high volumes of candidate communications and follow-ups • Support recruiters with offer-stage and onboarding administration • Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience throughout the process Required Qualifications • Previous hands-on sourcing experience is mandatory in a high-volume or fast-paced hiring environment • Prior experience working remotely is mandatory , including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage repetitive workflows • High attention to detail and process adherence • Comfortable working with high candidate throughput and tight timelines Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting high-volume or operational recruitment teams • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and pipeline tracking • Experience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders Tools & Technology • ATS: Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar • Sourcing & Scheduling Tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Calendly, job boards • Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace We connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.
