Remote Bilingual Appointment Setter (English/Spanish)

What You'll Do • Make outbound calls using a cloud-based dialing system • Communicate with members in both English and Spanish • Educate members about the benefits of a free in-home health evaluation • Schedule appointments for qualified members • Answer questions and professionally address objections • Accurately document customer interactions and appointment details What We're Looking For • Fluent in both English and Spanish • Strong communication and active listening skills • Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day • Sales or appointment-setting experience is preferred but not required • Goal-oriented with a positive, professional attitude • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment U.S. Applicants Only: We are currently able to work with contractors residing in approved U.S. states.
