Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Georgia Probate and Family Law Litigation and Administration Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to range from approximately 6-10+ hours per week. Attorney Requirements: • Licensed in good standing to practice law in GA -Located in Atlanta area • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant practice areas • Familiar with all aspects of Probate and Family Law • Substantive research and drafting -Potential hearing/mediation coverage • Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines • Self-starter and able to work independently Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
