Remote Debit Card Customer Service Representative

This is a remote position. 1099 Independent Contractor | Work From Home We are seeking independent contractors to provide remote customer service for a major financial services program. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is comfortable assisting customers with debit card accounts, transactions, and other account-related concerns while handling sensitive financial information professionally. What You'll Do Provide inbound customer support for prepaid debit and credit card accounts , including: • Card activation, balances, transactions, and disputes • Lost or stolen cards and general account questions • Payroll cards, fund transfers, and payment-related concerns • Securely handling customer information while following required financial regulations and data protection procedures Higher Work Commitment: After training, this opportunity requires more than 50 hours of work during each period: the 1st–15th and the 16th–last day of the month. This commitment continues throughout the contract.
