Sales Associate

This is a remote position. Count myAccount is a Canadian fintech accounting platform. We deliver bookkeeping, payroll, business tax, GST/HST, incorporation, and CFO advisory to micro-businesses through a standardized, expert-led system with transparent flat-fee pricing. As a Sales Associate, you sell - Count myAccount delivers. You prospect and qualify Canadian micro-business owners, run discovery conversations, present our published flat-fee packages, and hand accepted proposals to our standardized intake and delivery process. Every engagement you bring in runs through quality gates, so what you promise a client is exactly what they get. This is a year-round, commission-based independent contractor engagement. Commission is paid on collected revenue: 10% on self-generated leads, 5% on company-provided leads, and 2% on client renewals you personally close. Nothing recurs automatically - you are paid on what you close, new business and renewals alike. Fully remote, anywhere in Canada. You set your own hours and approach; company-provided inbound leads supplement your own pipeline. Requirements Minimum 2 years of B2B or services sales experience. Comfortable with commission-only compensation (no base pay, no guaranteed hours). Legally eligible to work in Canada as an independent contractor. Own computer and reliable internet; comfortable with CRM-based workflows. A private, distraction-free workspace where client information cannot be seen or overheard. English required; additional languages an asset. Selected candidates complete a short online assessment, a structured interview with a live roleplay, and reference checks before offer.
