Role Title: Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is selecting Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Experts to participate in a customer project focused on elevating operational efficiency and data integrity within SaaS revenue and customer management environments. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining CRM platforms and adjacent revenue tools. You'll play an integral part in designing scalable workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and resolving operational complexities encountered by high-growth teams. Scope of Work • Configure and optimize CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to align with evolving sales, revenue, and customer success processes. • Integrate and manage revenue-related platforms beyond the CRM, including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project tracking tools. • Establish and document operational workflows that adapt to changing business requirements and promote system adoption among sales and CS stakeholders. • Monitor and maintain data accuracy across interconnected systems, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies. • Assess and resolve conflicts between operational policies, exercising sound judgment to support practical and sustainable processes. • Produce clear, actionable documentation and reports to ensure transparency and usability for diverse team members. • Provide feedback on system usability and adoption, contributing real-world insights to refine operational best practices. Preferred Qualifications • 4+ years of hands-on experience in sales, revenue, or customer success operations within a SaaS environment. • Proven track record of personal responsibility for configuring and maintaining CRM systems; direct platform experience is required. • Familiarity with at least two connected tools outside the CRM (e.g., quoting, billing, ticketing, or project tracking solutions). • Strong operational judgment, particularly in navigating and resolving policy conflicts without overcomplicating processes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear, actionable documentation and stakeholder engagement. • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of new workflows and systems among sales and customer success professionals. • Experience producing detailed reports and ensuring data integrity across multiple revenue systems is highly valued.
