SAP Retail Supply Functional Consultant

This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced SAP Retail Supply Functional Consultant based in Europe to join our growing SAP Retail and Supply Chain consulting practice. This is a client-facing role supporting major retail transformation initiatives for North American organizations, requiring availability during North America business hours. You will play a key role in designing and delivering SAP S/4HANA Retail solutions that optimize supply chain performance, inventory management, procurement operations, and store replenishment processes within a modern store-based operating model. Requirements • Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant within retail and supply chain environments. • Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM (Materials Management). • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Retail. Strong knowledge of: • Procurement • Inventory Management • Physical Inventory / Stock Counts • Store Replenishment • Retail Supply Chain Processes • Experience supporting and optimizing store-based operating models. • Strong understanding of end-to-end retail supply chain operations. • Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with business stakeholders at multiple organizational levels. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote and international consulting environment. • Willingness and flexibility to work North America business hours.
