Senior Machine Learning / Computer Vision Engineer
This is a remote position. For our Client, a US-based MedTech company, we are looking for a Senior Machine Learning / Computer Vision Engineer to join an AI-driven project focused on supporting the diagnosis and analysis of biological material. The project involves developing Computer Vision models capable of analyzing images of organic/biological material and identifying specific features and biomarkers relevant to medical examination. Requirements • Strong commercial experience in Computer Vision - we are looking for experienced Senior-level engineers. • Strong Python skills. • Solid Machine Learning background. • Hands-on experience with Computer Vision and image processing. • Experience with at least one major ML framework, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. • Ability to independently approach technical problems and propose solutions. • Very good English - C1 or higher. • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach. • Ability to work effectively with a distributed international team. • Availability or openness to working approximately 12:00-20:00 Polish time , with some flexibility to adjust the schedule, to ensure sufficient overlap with teams based in Boston and San Francisco. Nice to have: • Experience in medical imaging. • Experience working with biological or microscopy images. • Previous experience in MedTech, healthcare, biotechnology, or life sciences. • Experience developing ML solutions for image-based diagnostic applications. • Experience working with highly specialized or scientific domains.
