Senior .Net Core Developer with FHIR

We are seeking a highly motivated FHIR Engineer to join our Healthcare Interoperability team. The candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing FHIR-based interoperability solutions supporting Coverage Requirements Discovery (CRD), Prior Authorization Support (PAS), and integration between enterprise care management applications, EHR systems, and FHIR platforms. • Deliver high-quality FHIR services and integrations. • Support successful implementation of CRD and PAS workflows. • Ensure interoperability compliance and scalability. • Collaborate effectively across architecture, product, QA, and development teams. • Contribute to reusable and maintainable interoperability solutions. Requirements • Deliver high-quality FHIR services and integrations. • Support successful implementation of CRD and PAS workflows. • Ensure interoperability compliance and scalability. • Collaborate effectively across architecture, product, QA, and development teams. • Contribute to reusable and maintainable interoperability solutions. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in software development using .NET technologies . • Strong proficiency in: • C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API • Entity Framework / ORM tools • RESTful services and microservices architecture • Good understanding of: • Design patterns (SOLID principles) • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) • Software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Experience with SQL Server or other databases. • Familiarity with AWS is preferred. • Experience working on FHIR Project is mandatory • Experience with version control systems (Git). Preferred Skills • Exposure to microservices architecture & containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) . • Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). • Understanding of security best practices (authentication, authorization, OAuth, JWT). • Experience with performance tuning and monitoring tools .
